4 Tablespoons canola oil
4 Tablespoons water
4 Tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoon dried Cilantro (or fresh is better)
Great with salad with beans, dark lettuce, avocado, green onions, tomatoes
